Faith Ludwick is retiring!

After 27 amazing years at RPC, we’re celebrating the retirement of our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Faith. From her incredible care for patients to her steady support for all of us, Faith has been the heart of our team. Her kindness, wisdom, and dedication have touched countless lives — and we’re so grateful for every moment we've shared. We’ll miss her dearly, but we’re cheering her on as she begins this exciting new chapter.

Below is a personal letter from Faith to her patients and families.

Dear Patients and Families,

I am writing to inform you that I have made the bittersweet decision to retire as of January 2026. After 27 years of sharing wonderful moments, laughter, and the privilege of being your child's provider the time has come to move onto the next phase of life.

As I venture into life's next journey, I want to express my deepest gratitude for the trust you have placed in me over the years. It has truly been an honor to care for not only one but sometimes two generations!

Through the years I have heard so many wonderful stories of strength, resilience, and overcoming life's obstacles. Your stories and your journeys will remain etched in my mind and heart. It has been a wonderful gift to be a part of your lives, many from birth to adulthood.

Caring for all of the families and patients at RPC has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my 49 year career in pediatrics, bringing me a great deal of joy.

Thank-you all for being a part of my career and my life, and for the friendships that I have made along the way. I will miss everyone who is a part of my RPC family and I wish all of you good health and much happiness in life!

In the wise words of Winnie the Pooh, "how lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard".
